man about town gets a giraffe then nails the slide

Lui and I went on a mission the other day to town and he terrified geriatrics by jumping out of seats and corners- bah!

Then we hit the park on sunday and he ran past the big kids and flew down a steep slide. Arms all over the show muttering `go, go ,go ,go lui go...` he also got a nice giraffe a present from a friend who went to Switzerland last week.

Hes had a nasty throat infection now for four days, fever etc but seems a bit better today. Check out the photos above .

Good morning and disappear

Lui can wish you good morning and a good sleep now.
he can also disappear to search for mum in a flash.

trike surfer wont fall off...

lui is into climbing and balance right now, can push his trike well but can surf it sweet as..this is him still trying to surf after an arvo busting sandcastles down the beach.

fever bhoy on the go

Lui got sick again second time this winter, nasty fever but the worst is over.
He`s loving banging stuff right now and playing run catch me.

Lui got some delayed presents from Mum today and was stoked with new wool.
Hes standing lots now but if the wrapping doesnt taste good he still soon runs off

lui loves our phones especially as they have juicy rubber and a pretty rattle .
The question is not whether or not he will bite the phone, but how much dribble one can keep from getting in....

All over everything - Lui`s Crawling

Lui started crawling good and proper (forwards) 9 mths to the day on 1st Oct -last week. We have to close his room door now or he starts chewing shoes and mashing his fingers in the kitchen at 5.30 am.
He is happier now and isn`t so clingy as he can follow us about the house.
We 're thinking about a gate barrier for the kitchen though.

A monster typhoon just passed ,blew the city inside out 200 km winds 940hp hard out.
temp just dropped 10 deg in a week -madness. The white strip on Luis head is a cold gel pad to reduce his fever, he had his first full on flu this week, a trip to the hospital and acres of snot. Pretty much better now though.

Lots of banana for breakfast today, We also started him on liver and tofu chunks,
stamina for the roasty summer.

Paddling pool action vs Cicadas 2nd August

Lui`s been in the pool almost everyday and loves it. Not too many brown water snake
adventures either... The rainy season it over, but now its 34/35 deg and 85% humidity.
before leaving the house you must put on two towels and skull a litre of water or else.
The place we are hoping to live in has nice sea/mtn breezes which will be good.

Hi guys heres some more vids from the past few weeks , 6

Got to Japan last week and both Masami and Louis had settled down after a long flight.
Mine was sweet , great seat leaving driving cold rain arriving into afternoon sunshine.
Gotta make a habit of cheating winter.
